The privileged ones go through every single stage before they land the most coveted job on the planet. There are also many who do opt not to complete the said cycle for their own personal reasons.
Schools abound the country since every individual is given the right to good education. This right is often exercised by means of getting into a public school. In the country, such institutions are dubbed as state schools. You do not have to pay a charge when you get enrolled in one.
They are built to produce graduates that will become very effective members of the community. But somehow, in these modern times, they have not been able to do what they were meant to pretty well. Most graduates they have produced have often fallen short of what is expected, sometimes lacking the necessary skills and even the basic knowledge.
Educational systems often put the blame to many external factors beyond their control. At the topmost of the list is the lack of involvement of the family with regards to the education received by the children. They prefer to leave all the work to the teachers, when in fact the upbringing of kids is their sole responsibility.
Another problem is the attitude of the students themselves. For teaching to be effective, the learners must also do their part. If they do not want to learn, then, despite all the best efforts by educators, they will most certainly never be able to learn.
Money and the lack thereof can also be a serious problem. Due to financial incapacity, parents are not able to send their kids off to good schools where they can be honed. Sometimes, people just stop attending classes to get a job and make money for the family.
