You have to get the capability to accept credit card payments. You should just limit it to major credit cards, though.

Marketing to other attorneys should be a good idea too. You should set up a network where you can refer clients to other lawyers, especially when a legal case is not your specialty. When you refer to other attorneys, you can then get a commission out of it. The commission can be a fixed price or a percentage.
