These activities could come in forms of games or reading. You just have to settle with what you feel more comfortable in.

Drinking alcoholic beverages might be beneficial up to a certain point. But you should know that this might not be the best thing for you. From time to time, it would be good to have this. But it must be taken into moderation. Studies show that there might be a good effect for your mind. However, you know that it would only show during the time it is drunk in moderation.
