The Recipe Of The Popular Healthy Vietnamese Noodle

There are times when people are craving for different kinds of dishes but there is stopping the, The fear of eating unhealthy foods and building up too much calorie content that will lead harm to the body on the future. People that are health conscious prefers to eat vegetables instead even if the craving within them are so strong. But the table is now turned upside down, vegetarian pho recipes have been all over the internet lately.

Pho is a dish that was originated in Vietnam. This is a noodle recipe that is basically made up of entirely vegetables, there are no single meat that is added on it. This is a great thing and a must try for all the vegetarians out there. There is no thing as being afraid of unhealthy foods when creating this at home.

If thinking about trying to cook this thing out at home, here is a recipe and instruction on how it is supposed to be done. This may take an hour or so and patience is required. To begin with, prepare all the necessary ingredient which includes the following, cinnamon stick, onion, ground ginger, vegetable stock, soy sauce, garlic and anise. To make the soup, the ingredients are oil, tofu, scallions, lime, pepper, basil leaves and of course the noodles.

So now that all the ingredients are elaborated, notice that there is no single thing in there that sounds like a threat to the diet. Everything is pretty safe and this is going to be exciting. Start off with slicing all the necessary stuff to be sliced and wash it thoroughly.

Now, it is time to begin the cooking steps. Place all the veggie stocks, soy sauce, onion, cinnamon, ginger, anise and bay leaves in a pot. Put enough water on it and boil them on its maximum. After it had boiled, reduce the heat and cover the pot. Simmer it down for about forty five minutes. This will mix up all the flavors of the boiling ingredients.

After about forty minutes or more of simmering, remove all solids on the soup and keep it warm while setting it aside. Now, focus on the noodles, boil it for not more than ten minutes, then drain and rinse. Divide the entire noodle into a serving that is preferred.

Then cook the tofu on a skillet, fry it in a heat that is above medium. Wait until both sides of tofu are brown. Then, simmer it together with the broth and mushroom for exactly five minutes and add the scallions.

Once everything are all set, the noodle can now be added on the broth and decorated with few garnish. Serve the noodle with the lime, bean sprout as well as the pepper. The basil should be placed alongside the bowl.

The nutrition facts of this dish is that its serving has only four hundred eighty three calories. This has twelve point six grams of fat and a carbohydrate of seventy seven point seven grams. Its protein content is sixteen point six grams with no cholesterol. Its full nutrition is not that bad for people that are after their regular diet. Aside from it being uniquely delicious, it does not have meat at all.
